((Om nom nom. She's staying in the maze..))
Izzy jumped as the sound of the crashing book shattered the eery silence. She let out a small breath as her heart beat against her ribcage painfully and she started back out of the maze to locate the source of the noise. Her eyes roamed the floors curiously and a few feet away she found a book, not terribly big but not quite small either. She shuffled up to it and picked it up, gazing around to find the spot where it belonged to. When she had found none, she held it to her chest and shuffled back into the maze, frowning deeply to herself.
Once she was in and felt semi-protected from the shelves, she peered down at the title curiously.
"The Brothers Grimm.." she murmured before a bright smile lit up her features. "Ah~" she did not open it, however, and continued holding it to her chest as she went farther and farther into the maze. Every now and then, she would reach out and pull a book down and leave it on the shelf.
----- Any time... was Ville's response to Simon.
"Sorry," he apologized with a small chuckle, his golden eyes lifting from his brother and shifting over to Charlie as she quizzed him about lighting her cancerous deathstick. He smiled easily, "Go ahead.." he gave a small gesture of his hand, as if telling her to do what she liked.
"I'm Ville," he introduced himself to both girls. "And.. that girl back there is Izzy, I presume?"

((Random room in the mansion...is that ok?))
Charlie nodded and began to walk the way she thought Izzy had gone. She didn't feel the need to introduce herself, seeing as Ember had done it already, but she felt rude. "Hi..." she mummbled She looked at the dark hallway, the eery dark corners suddenly becoming menacing. "Izz?" She called lightly, opening a door. Charlie gasped as she pushed the door wider, making a small thud as it bumped against the wall. The room was wide and open. The beauty of it took her breath away. She stepped in and began to laugh. "Terabithia..." she mummbled between laughs The room had nothing in it, just a wide window looking out on an open field with trees and, what looked like to her, a river. The music began playing in her mind, the beat taking course. The words came then and she began to hum. She started to feel much better, singing always calmed her down.

Ember grumbled lightly, staring at Ville as he practically encouraged the girl to roam away. He would have liked to keep the two together and thus away from Simon and his company for the time being. His youngest brother deserved it, after all.
Whatever 'it' may become.
Ember's intense gaze met Ville's, as he conveyed such thoughts to the vampire before him. Shrugging, he turned to silently follow Charlie. She needn't notice his presence and become uncomfortable. He could simply remain "invisible" to her for a short while and allow her to explore as she wished.

Akina started forward as Charlie walked away, only to be stopped once again by some sort of subliminal suggestion. She glared at Ember, who walked away so rapidly now after her friend. Despite all logical reason, she blamed him for her hesitance. "What the hell..." She muttered, now shifting her gaze to Ville.

The shadow that was Simon slithered down from the bookshelf, then through the railing to drop to the first floor. He was briefly in partial crow form so as not to land too hard. He slipped silently across the floor, following the girl's scent until he was a few feet behind her. He took a moment to ponder how he wanted to do this... He hadn't had the thrill of the chase for awhile; it was always interesting to see how his prey would attempt to evade him. But he was hungry too.. he wasn't sure he was willing to wait.
He closed the distance between them swiftly, then billowing up to solidify behind her. His dark eyes studied her form and, more importantly, her throat and shoulder area. Right between the two was where he preferred to bite. He lightly inhaled her scent - the smell of her shampoo, her natural smell, the blood beneath her skin. He took another moment to listen to her heartbeat, but before his senses drew him to bite her he paused near her neck, gaze glancing to the book in her arms. He blinked.

((Just to clarify, Ville didn't give Charlie permission to walk off on her own. He just said that she could smoke. If you like, I can go underline that portion of the post. :'D))
Ville merely smiled at his brother as he passed by, chasing after Charlie, leaving the younger boy and Akina alone. He shifted his attention onto the tiny figure, smiling warmly, his molten golden eyes holding the same warmth his smile did. He had practiced way too much to become so cool and calous like his brothers.. He was curious who was going to snap first, now that they were all alone with their "guests".
"So, how did you three end up here?" he quizzed lightly, leaning back against the railing once more, his posture showing that he was at ease.
-----
Izzy's skin began to crawl after a few moments, the hair standing up on the back of her neck, as if she sensed that she wasn't alone. She could feel their gaze boring a hole into her back and after a few moments, she turned, the book still open in her hands. She blinked at the boy curiously before smiling brightly.
"Hi," she greeted. "I um.. I think this is yours?" she tried, shutting the book and handing it to him. "It's a really nice book.. It must be really old... I can't read German, though. I wish I could, because then I could read the original stories instead of the edited ones." she nodded before hesitating, noticing that she was babbling about nothing.
"I'm Izzy.." she greeted before asking with genuine curiosity, "How'd you find me?"

Charle grinned as her nerves calmed. She felt her pulse slow and the adrenaline in her system seemed to lose its effect. She turned for the door, shutting in behind her. She turned the knob and pulled the door, slowly, open. She released the knob, making sure the door wouldn't open any further.
She started down the hallway, positive that she was going the right way. As she walked occasionally there would be a door she would open.
"Leaving breadcrumbs..." she thought
She started to get the feeling she was exactly alone. She thought she may be getting close to Izzy.
Charlie began to hum again. She felt her heartbeat race, the feeling of a dark shadow behind her was making her feel paranoid. She hummed louder.
"Izzy?" she asked, opening another door

He stood up straight none too hastily as she turned to find him there. Dark eyes narrowed as he stared down at her, and he made no effort to give an answer nor take the book. "... This is a big library...." His voice was quiet and somewhat hoarse. ".... You'll get lost if you're not.." He paused, thoughts wandering to his hunger briefly. "... careful...." His voice cracked just slightly on the nearly whispered word.

Izzy just blinked at his response, holding the book tightly to her chest once more as she peered up at the ceiling, thin brows furrowing. After a breif moment, she shifted her gaze back onto him, wrinkling her nose.
"Then I can always leave," she replied, skirting around him and starting back out the way she came. "I'm sure Charlie and Akina are worried about me anyways..." she rounded a corner before stopping.
"I suppose you won't get lost, then." it wasn't a question that she had shot at him. She peeked around the corner at him, frowning. "You're not very hospitable toward your guests, you know," she pointed out, raising her brows, amber eyes turning a darker shade of brown.
