Sam silently watched the figure hop into his room and soon walk out. He blinked his soft hazel eyes at his door, he started to chew more on his headphone's cord before he did something that he had not done for a long time. He got out of his chair, stepped over the large pile of CD's on the floor, walked past the neat and dusty thing that was his bed and cautiously opened the door. He peeked this way and that, and cautiously stepped onto the carpet.
Slowly but surely he began to shuffle around the upstairs hall, his orchestral music still flooding his head.

Nari blinked as Matt slinked into the library, glancing up at him for a moment or two, before returning to her sketch. Currently, she was working on a male she herself had never seen before.. He was quite strange looking, she had to admit.
"It's weird to see you in a library," she told Matt, contuing to move her pencil over the paper in long strokes.

"BUAH!" Matt whirled around and blinked. "...whuh..huh?" He stood there for a moment and sighed. "You scared me." He placed his hand over his chest and smiled. He walked over and sat in front of the girl, pulling his knees up to his chest, and simply watched the eraser of her pencil. "Why's it so weird that I'm in a library? ...I know how to read, too." He said, without a sound of insult in his voice, he liked to hear the opinions of people, whether the opinion is of other people, politics, or how to build a better mousetrap. It didn't really matter what the subject was.

Mello was done setting up the furniture. He sat on a stool and stared out the window. Paint balloons. He smiled to himself. Even without the balloons, I could make it work....Now, to find out where they hide the paint during break... Mello got up and walked into the hallway, dodging a group of little kids who had found a turtle and were taking it to the bathroom. He watched as the kids fill a sink and place the wiggling turtle into it.Water was being splashed everywhere soaking the kids and the floor. Mello smiled slightly, and walked on upstairs to see if Matt had gone and hid in his room. Probably not, but it was worth a look anyway.

Sam to busy taking in all of the upstairs floor did not notice the silver haired boy around his own age walking up the stairs, he bumped into him lost his balance and spun around. He almost lost his footing and fell down the staircase if not for his headphone's cord wrapping around the banister. "That was close..." he said mostly to himself in a soft gentle voice. He than noticed the youth he bumped into and started to chew nervously on the cord that saved his life.

Nari dragged her sketchbook up from the table and held it to her chest as Matt came closer. She tapped her pencil on the table as she studied him, something she did a lot, and took mental notes. He didn't seem so bad upclose. Not so...annoying. Maybe because he was talking to her.
"Well, obviously you know how to read. You have to know with all those games your playing," she stated, her voice gentle, as she set the sketchbook down once more and stared down at the paper.

Near muttered an apology as he bumped against Sam, continuing up the stairs. He paused as he felt the boys eyes bore into his back then turned to face him, brows raised curiously.
"Something wrong?" he hated when people gave him those weird looks.

Matt drummed his fingers on his knees. "Not all games require reading, actually a lot of them don't require any thinking at all, really." He wiggled a bit while he spoke, looking up at her. He liked talking about the video games, but not many others liked listening...Actually nobody liked to listen. He didn't want to be a bore so he made a quick change of subject. "I hardly see you around at all, do you hide in here?" He glanced around the library, it was... so... full of...books. amazing..."Why would you want to hide in here? Why not stay in your room?" He asked quietly.

"Um..." a dark flush colored Nari's cheeks a rosy red and she glanced away from Matt, brows furrowing. She must have seemed like such a dork. Which she was.
"I'm not really hiding.." she trailed off. "The sun is just out to kill me.." she tapped her fingers on her pale arm before smiling sheepishly.
"And why stay in my room? There's NOTHING to do in there except sleep. And I like games, I'm just not good at them," she changed the subject abruptly, like a kid with ADD. "I'm not really good at anything, to be honest."
